Alongside a developing knowledge of world geography and history, pupils carry out detailed project studies on South Africa, Ghana, India and France.
Beechwood has links with schools in South Africa, Ghana and India, in which we work collaboratively with pupils and teachers in our partner schools.
Y6 pupils undertake a unique unit of study on France, which includes the opportunity for all Y6 pupils to take part in a residential study visit to Paris.
