We enjoyed eating our ladybird biscuits later on in the day!
Our trip to RSBP nature reserve Fairburn Ings was fantastic. The behaviour of the children was very good . We did two workshops in beautiful surroundings led by the rangers. The second workshop was a minibeast hunting workshop where we explored different habitats. We learned lots of new facts and information.

Our topic work has been about aliens this week. We have read books such as The Aliens are Coming, You Choose in Space, Aliens Love Underpants and Beegu. We had to investigate the crash and make Beegu feel welcome by telling her all about Earth and writing her letters before building a new spaceship outside to take her back home! We couldn’t believe it when we looked out of the window and Beegu and her space ship had gone!
