We are lucky this week because we got to visit a fantastic Stardome that came to school. We learnt all about The Solar System and the first moon landing. Connor was 'Star of the Week' this week!

12th March

It has been great to have all of the children back in school this week, they have all settled in very well too. We had a great time doing some superhero yoga in PE, as part of 'Mindful March' and acting out what we thought would happen in the rest of the story we are reading in English - Dougal the Deep -sea Diver.

4th March - World Book Day

Year 2 had a great day celebrating World Book Day. We read a new story called 'Bob and the Moon Tree Mystery' by Simon Bartram. We then worked in small groups to create our amazing 'Book in a Box' where we recreated different scenes from the story.
