Beechwood Celebrations Calendar.

This is our Beechwood Calendar of celebrations throughout the year as we celebrate diversity within our school. We celebrate these events through assemblies, activities and visitors to the school.

In July our school year ends with our Spirit Alive week, which concludes the work we have done during the year and we use this week to acknowledge that these are global issues.

Black History Month

At Beechwood every year in October we celebrate Black History Month. There are many activities throughout the month and pupils research and produce various projects; then at the end of the month, they present assemblies to their parents.

Here is some of our work from Black History Month.
