ParentPay

As you know we are removing all cash from School with effect from the start of the new Academic Year in September 2020.

By now you should have received your sign in information to activate your parenpay account and start browsing at the system. As yet we have not started to set up any details on individual accounts such as Dinner Money or Milk Money and Trips. This will all be done in time for the 7th September when School will re-open for the Autumn term.

Many of you will already have a bank account and be used to using on-line apps, however if you do not and would still like to pay in cash, you will still have the option of doing this using a Paypoint bar Code.

These can be used at local stores and whilst still paying cash the bar code is personal to you and updates ParentPay within 48 hours. Full Details are shown on the PayPoint information letter as shown.

 

Please remember to activate your ParentPay login details as soon as you can. If you will be needing a PayPoint Bar Code, please advise school by emailing office@beechwoodprimaryschool.co.uk.

ParentPay - our new online payment service

We are pleased to announce that over the forthcoming weeks we will be updating you on our intention to become a cashless school from September 2020. This means we will be accepting payments online for items such as dinner money, school trips and Breakfast Club. Using a secure website called ParentPay you will be able to pay online using your credit / debit card or continue to make cash payments at PayPoint stores. ParentPay will be the primary method of making payments to school.

How to get started with ParentPay?

 

Over the coming weeks we will be contacting you with your account activation details. Once you receive these:

  • Visit www.parentpay.com
  • Enter your Activation username and password in the Account Login section of the homepage

NB. These are for one-time use only, please choose your own username and password for future access during the activation process

  • Provide all the necessary information and choose your new username

and password for your account - registering your email address will enable us to send you receipts and reminders

  • If you have any questions, please contact the school finance office. For more information, visit www.parentpay.com/parents/
  • Once activation is complete you can go to straight to Items for payment, select which item(s) you want to add to your basket and proceed to complete your payment.
