Reception Class 2

24th January 2025

This week we have continued with our Fantasy world topic learning, focusing on witches and magic. The children have made wands, potions and caldrons, inspired by the story Room on the Broom. The children took a trip to the magic garden where we recreated scenes from the story by mixing potions and hiding from the dragon. We have been particularly impressed by the children's writing inspired by this book in drawing club this week.

We also had our first stay and play session of the new term. Thank you for joining us- the children had an amazing time showing all the things they like to do at school. Our next stay and play is 6/02/25 at 2:15pm.
